Findings:thereisamassinthehilaroftherightlungwithill-defineduppermargin.Obstructiveatelectasiscanbeseenintheupperlobeofrightlung.Thelowermarginoftheatelectasisandthemassdemonstrateasignof“reversalS”.Theshadowofrightlunghilariselevated.Theribsandthotacicvertebraesseemtobenormal.Theshadowofheartanddiaphragmsdemonstratenoabnormalsign.

Diagnosis:lungcancerofrightupperlobe(centraltypewithatelectasis).

检查名称:胸片

检查方法：后前位及右侧位投照

检查所见：右肺门区可见团块状影，上缘显示不清；右上叶肺不张并向上收缩，其下缘与肿块形成“倒s”形外观。右肺门上提；左肺未见异常。所见肋骨及胸椎未见病变，心影及膈肌未见异常。

诊断意见：右上肺中心型肺癌并肺不张。
